Lawrence Steckman

Lawrence Allen Steckman,

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Lawrence Steckman has practiced law for more than 30 years. Focusing on securities, derivatives and commercial litigation, he has won leading cases in each of his practice areas.

Lawrence is the author or lead co-author of more than fifty peer reviewed published works on legal doctrine and his work on the law has been cited by the trial and appellate courts of the United States.

In July 2006, Super Lawyers Magazine, in its inaugural New York edition, identified Lawrence as one of New York’s first “Super Lawyers” in both securities and business litigation, an honor he has received nine times since then. The independent attorney rating service, AVVO, has awarded him a perfect rating of 10/10. His published work on public policy matters has been cited by courts and commentators on topics ranging from international terrorism and constitutional law to government contract law.  He has represented political figures of several countries and his work on corporate governance has been published by the University of Bejing. Lawrence has published, as well, on the philosophy of science and, recently, a volume on existential psychology.

Lawrence pursued doctoral studies in philosophy at Columbia University, where he received his Masters degree prior to pursuing a career in law, after receiving his undergraduate degrees summa cum laude in philosophy and classical music performance.

He is involved in bringing disruptive energy and natural resource technologies to market.

Sascha Gaede, COO

Sascha Gaede,

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Sascha Gaede has been involved in the Renewable Energy sector for the past 10 years, primarily in Europe and the Middle East/Northern Africa region.

He served in various senior management positions with one of Germany’s largest solar manufacturers, in Berlin, and was part of the management team establishing the first PV solar module factory in the U.A.E in 2013. He served as COO of a GCC based developer specialized in utility scale PV-programs for emerging countries integrating PV solar generation, energy conversion, energy transportation and local industrial production. These activities created substantial socio-economic benefits for the sectors where he operated.

For the past five years, Sascha has been working as senior advisor to several government agencies and innovative energy companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his career in the solar industry, Sascha worked for Mercedes-Benz/Daimler in various board management functions in Russia, South Africa and Germany.

Sascha has a degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kaufmann) from Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel/ Germany.

Marko Vukosavovic,

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Marko Vukosavovic is an expert in finance and strategic development. He has more than two decades of experience fueling innovation, recruiting talent, implemented growth strategies and engineered organizational restructuring. He has led successful IPOs on the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. With extensive business experience in North America, Europe and the Middle East, Marko has enabled the acquisitions and integrations of more than 30 companies. He has served as SVP of finance for The Arena Group, CFO of the Academy of Management, VP of business development for George Little Management, VP of financial planning and analysis for Education Dynamics, and director of finance for Puricore. As Chief Financial Analyst for Geneva Global, he analyzed and funded more than a hundred for-profit and nonprofit organizations around the world. Vukosavovic has an MBA in international business from Eastern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Belgrade. 

Martin Ziegler

Dr. Martin Ziegler,

Senior VP Aviation and Research

Il dottor Martin Ziegler è vicepresidente senior per l’aviazione con Oltre 20 anni di esperienza in ricerca e sviluppo per motori turbo, propulsione aeronautica e cleantech.

Ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in ingegneria aerospaziale presso l’Università Tecnica di Berlino e un Master of Science in Computer Engineering presso l’Università del Michigan, Ann Arbor. Ha trascorso 3 anni con la gestione della configurazione del Columbus Space Project, ora parte della Stazione Spaziale Internazionale, circa 12 anni con la gestione del progetto e la consulenza software, compresa la comunicazione satellitare e circa 25 anni con ricerca e sviluppo e innovazione per motori turbo, energie rinnovabili e propulsione aeronautica.

È fondatore di diverse società di ingegneria, inventore di numerosi brevetti e inventore Propulsione recuperativa per aumentare il coefficiente di prestazione per i motori degli aerei, che può diventare la chiave per introdurre LOHC come vettore di energia primaria nell’aviazione. Adam Clegg

Alan Clegg,

Senior VP Africas

Pr. Eng. Pr. CPM PMP F. Inst. D Alan Clegg è stato consulente di H2-Industries SE dal 2015 ed è ora Senior Vice President Africa. È un professionista del settore delle risorse naturali e dell’energia con oltre 4 decenni di esperienza maturata lavorando in più di 40 paesi africani e in totale 160 paesi in tutti i continenti.
Alan è un Ingegnere professionista registrato (Pr.Eng), un direttore del proggeto di costruzione professionale registrato (Pr.CPM), un professionista della gestione di progetti (PMP) registrato e ha lo status di Amicizia professionale con il South African Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (FSAIMM) e l’Institute of Quarrying (FIOQ) nonché un’associazione professionale di molti degli istituti collegati a livello globale.
Alan attualmente detiene 3 (tre) Amministratori non esecutivi in ​​società legate al settore delle risorse naturali, dell’energia e delle tecnologie di ingegneria di processo, una delle quali come presidente del consiglio di amministrazione di Shumba

Xin Ding

Xing Ding,

Senior VP in China and East Asia

Xin è Vicepresidente di H2-Industries in Cina e Asia orientale dal 2016 e un veterano del settore delle energie rinnovabili da 20 anni con un passato molto forte nella scienza dei materiali. È il fondatore di varie società di apparecchiature / tecnologie per i semiconduttori e le energie rinnovabili. Attualmente è il presidente di una società di strumenti per la deposizione di vapori chimici, che fornisce attrezzature di capitale per l’industria dei circuiti integrati. Era il capo della divisione regionale (Cina e / o Asia) di Manz (un fornitore di apparecchiature per display a schermo piatto / energia rinnovabile), GT Advanced Technology (un’energia rinnovabile / display a schermo piatto / fornitore di apparecchiature e tecnologia per semiconduttori) e Kayex (un fornitore di apparecchiature per energia rinnovabile e semiconduttori). Xin ha iniziato la sua carriera come ingegnere in Mitsui Hightec (un produttore giapponese di chip) e successivamente in Applied Materials, il più grande fornitore di apparecchiature per nanotecnologie al mondo .
Xin ha conseguito una laurea in Fisica applicata presso l’Università Jiaotong di Shanghai.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus G. Lederer

Chairman Advisory Board

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus G. Lederer has been advising H2-Industries SE since 2018 and was COO from 2020 to Nov. 2021. He is now Chairman of H2-Industries Advisory Board. Klaus worked for more than twenty years as a VP, Managing Director and CEO of  well-known companies including  BMW, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, TEVES, ITT, Babcock Borsig and HDW.  He has served as a member of numerous supervisory and advisory boards, including Lufthansa Cargo, Deutz, INA, FAG, Schaeffler, Flender, Deutsche Bank, Westdeutsche Landesbank and BHF-Bank. Klaus is also a member of the advisory board of Marvin & Palmer Associates. He has worked for more than a decade as an honorary professor for the Institute for Production Engineering and Automation of the Fraunhofer Society at the University of Stuttgart, where he received his Dr.-Ing. PhD.

Hermann-Blank

Advisory Board

Hermann Blank has been advising H2-Industries Inc. since 2021 and moved to the Advisory Board in 2022. In this role, he is consulting H2-Industries in process engineering, large scale project and business development areas. Hermann holds the degree of a Graduated Engineer in Process Engineering, acquired at Nuremberg Institute of Technology Georg Simon Ohm, Germany. He served for more than 30 years in Corporate Engineering, Operations, Technical Services and Technical Procurement and Logistics roles for WACKER, a global specialty chemicals producer.

He has held management positions in several countries in the EU, Asia, and USA, with a focus on Engineering, Technical Service and Maintenance Organizations and Project Risk Management.  His expertise has contributed to the successful completion of numerous complex, large scale engineering projects. Prior to his work for H2-Industries, he served as the Vice President Project Poly 11 and VP Corporate Engineering, US. In that capacity, he was responsible for the technical scope of construction, startup, and capacity ramp of the $ 2.5 billion investment project “Poly 11” in Charleston, TN with a production capacity of more than 20,000 tons per year of hyperpure Polysilicon for semiconductor and solar customers.

Peter joined the Board of Advisors in 2022 with a special focus on advising on the region of  MENA ( Middle East North Africa)

For more than 30 years Peter served – on behalf of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) – as Official Delegate of German Business in a number of North African and Middle Eastern countries and as CEO of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Cairo as well as CEO of the German-Emirati Council for Industry and Commerce in Abu Dhabi.

A lawyer by background (with a law degree and PHD from Heidelberg University) and being appointed to some Panels of Arbitrators in Middle East and China Arbitration Centers Peter has throughout his career combined his business and multi-cultural experience and network with advising and practicing on innovative, robust and sustainable business- and legal structures for governmental entities as well as companies active in the prospective but also challenging MENA-Region.

Francois Dugue,

In 35 years working exclusively with Government Regulatory bodies in developing countries, Francois has successfully carried out multiple mission critical technical assistance assignments in Africa, helping governments in drafting new policy reforms, for the telecom, Energy and Mobile Financial Service industries.

Joining H2-Industries, he will bring an in-depth knowledge of the challenges that are facing the emerging and developing countries and his knowledge of the Energy Regulatory environment will put H2-Industries ahead of the curve of the Green Hydrogen revolution.

Francois is a 36 year seasoned Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Information Technology and the Digital Economy. His long experience working with the traditional multilateral financing partners in Africa and the Caribbean will position H2-Industries as the Premier Green Energy Ecosystem Enabler.
